- Director of the Litigation Department. Manages civil/commercial/financial litigation and arbitration cases for several million dollars; acts as outside counsel for many local and foreign banks and corporations such as PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Citibank, Scotiabank, Bank of Central America (BAC/GE Capital),Credomatic, Cathay Bank
- Head of the Research Department in charge of drafting and supervising legal opinions, affidavits and other publications
- As a Member of the Product Development and Structured Finance team, has counseled financial institutions and entrepreneurs in structuring financial models, offshore wealth-management products, mortgage securitizations, syndicated loans, joint ventures, mergers and project finance deals for the construction of hotels, hydroelectric plants and other large infrastructure projects.
